Wir suchen eine:n Technical Designer, die die Brücke zwischen Design und Engineering schlägt und komplexe technische Anforderungen in intuitive, skalierbare Nutzererlebnisse übersetzt. In dieser Rolle gestaltest du maßgeblich ein datengetriebenes, AI-powered Produkt für die moderne Fertigung mit. Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams entwickelst du durchdachte, wirkungsvolle Lösungen, von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Launch.

Manex AI entwickelt eine LLM-native Datenplattform für agentische Fertigungssteuerung. Branchenführer wie BMW, Audi, BSH, Stellantis, Liebherr, Still, TDK Electronics oder Henkel vertrauen bereits auf Qualitatio und führende Investoren wie Lightspeed Venture Partners oder BlueYard Technology versammeln sich hinter Manex AI. Deine Rolle
  • Arbeite eng mit Design, Entwicklung und Produkt zusammen, um bestehende Funktionen zu verbessern und neue zu entwickeln
  • Übersetze komplexe technische Anforderungen in intuitive Nutzererlebnisse, die Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Systemleistung in Einklang bringen
  • Übernimm Verantwortung für den gesamten Designprozess, von der Ideenfindung über Prototyping und Gestaltung bis hin zu Testing und Valdation
  • Schlage die Brücke zwischen Design und Engineering, indem du sicherstellst, dass Designentscheidungen umsetzbar, skalierbar und im Einklang mit den Produktzielen sind
Was dich auszeichnet
  • Technisches oder wirtschaftlich-technisches Studium sowie ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Technical-Design oder Entwicklung
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen, datenintensiven Produkten (Erfahrung mit agentic-AI ist ein Plus)
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Produkt-, Design- und Engineering-Teams zusammenzuarbeiten, um wirkungsvolle Ergebnisse zu liefern
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten & Kommunikation
  • Interesse an Fertigung/Produktion und daran, wie Fabriken wirklich laufen
  • Wohnsitz in München oder Umgebung und die Motivation, mit uns All-in zu gehen
  • Verhandungssicher in Englisch, Deutsch ist ein starkes Plus

We are seeking a Technical Designer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between design and engineering, transforming complex technical requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping a data-driven, AI-powered product for modern manufacturing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions from concept to launch.

YOUR ROLE
  • Work alongside designers, engineers, and product managers to enhance existing features and develop new ones 
  • Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences that balance usability and system capabilities 
  • Bridge design and engineering by ensuring design decisions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with product goals 
  • Take responsibility for the entire design process from ideation, prototyping and design, to testing and validation 
WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
  • Technical or economic-technical degree and strong entrepreneurial thinking 
  • 5+ years as a technical designer or engineer  
  • Already worked on a complex, data-heavy Product (experience with agentic AI is a plus) 
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across features 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design and engineering teams, to ship impactful work
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, you can explain tech to non-tech
  • Curiosity for manufacturing and how factories actually run
  • Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all-in with us
  • Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
