Wir suchen eine:n Senior Full Stack Engineer mit Ownership für skalierbare, hochperformante Systeme. Du arbeitest über den gesamten Stack mit Fokus auf Backend-Architektur, Daten & Performance, triffst Architekturentscheidungen und prägst mit jeder Idee und jeder Codezeile unser Produkt.

Manex AI entwickelt eine LLM-native Datenplattform für agentische Fertigungssteuerung. Branchenführer wie BMW, Audi, BSH, Stellantis, Liebherr, Still, TDK Electronics oder Henkel vertrauen bereits auf Qualitatio und führende Investoren wie Lightspeed Venture Partners oder BlueYard Technology versammeln sich hinter Manex AI. Deine Rolle
  • Verantworte Architektur, Entwicklung und Deployment moderner Web-Applikationen (End-to-End)

Was dich auszeichnet
  • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung – idealerweise in Tech Umfeldern oder exzellenten Engineering-Teams
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge beim Design und Skalieren von Backends für Daten-intensiven Anwendungen
  • Tiefes Wissen in relationalen und nicht-relationalen Datenbanken (z. B. SQL, OpenSearch, Spark)
  • Sehr stark in Python und Backend-Optimierung; vertraut mit Frontend-Frameworks
  • Erfahrung im Mentoring von Junior-Entwicklern oder in der Leitung kleiner bis großer Tech-Teams
  • Muss in München ansässig sein oder bereit sein, umzuziehen

DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing tech team and take ownership of building scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll work across the stack, from backend data pipelines to frontend interfaces, with a primary focus on backend architecture, data management, and performance optimization. You’ll be part of an ultra-smart tech team where every line of code matters, and every idea can shape the product.

YOUR ROLE
  • Oversee end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of web applications
  • Take ownership of DevOps practices, containerization, and MLOps to optimize performance
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization
  • Adapt quickly to evolving technical requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally in high-growth tech environments or elite engineering teams
  • Proven track record in designing and scaling backend systems handling high-frequency and high-volume data
  • Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, OpenSearch, Spark)
  • Proficient in Python and backend optimization; comfortable with frontend frameworks but focused primarily on backend architecture
  • Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams
  • Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
  • Must be based in Munich or willing to relocate
