Als Product Manager bei Manex AI arbeitest Du eng mit Design und unserem CPO zusammen, übersetzt unsere Vision in konkrete Roadmaps und lieferst messbare Ergebnisse. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die operative Ausrichtung des Produkts und koordinierst die genaue Umsetzung.

Deine Rolle

Du bist begeistert von unserer Vision, kannst diese Begeisterung an interne wie externe Stakeholder vermitteln und auf Detail-Ebene nachvollziehbar erklären, wie unser Produkt funktioniert und welchen Mehrwert es schafft
Du übernimmst Delivery Management und trägst End-to-End-Verantwortung für Projekte und Initiativen
Du planst Roadmaps, hältst Timelines und Zusagen verlässlich nach und stellst saubere Delivery sicher
Du verstehst komplexe LLM-basierte Systeme und arbeitest eng mit AI-Engineers zusammen, um Produktentscheidungen technisch fundiert zu treffen

Our Mission

As Product Manager at Manex AI, you will work closely with Design and our CPO, translate our vision into concrete roadmaps, and deliver measurable results. You will take responsibility for the operational alignment of the product and coordinate its precise implementation.

Your Role

You are enthusiastic about our vision, can convey this enthusiasm to internal and external stakeholders, and explain in detail how our product works and what added value it creates
You will be responsible for delivery management, taking end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives
You plan roadmaps, reliably adhere to timelines and commitments, and ensure clean delivery
You understand complex LLM-based systems and work closely with AI engineers to make technically sound product decisions

Technical or economic-technical degree and strong entrepreneurial thinking
Very smart, engaging, and structured, with strong analytical skills
You plan precisely and think in systems, but can also deliver scrappy and pragmatically when it matters
You bring proven product and delivery frameworks to the table, but confidently adapt them to a dynamic, heterogeneous environment
