Leitung und Mentoring von Junior Engineers bei Kundenprojekten (Mix aus individueller Beitragsleistung und Teamführung)
Diagnose und Lösung von technischen Problemen in IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerken und Sicherheitssystemen
ML- und Data-Science-Aufgaben: Überprüfung von Datenpipelines, Validierung von Modellen, Unterstützung der Implementierung auf Kundenseite
Entwicklung und Coaching von Teammitgliedern in Python, Typescript, Javascript, Docker, Linux, SQL
Pilotierung neuer Anwendungsfälle vor Ort und direkte Weitergabe von Erkenntnissen in das Produktbacklog
Übersetzung technischer Einschränkungen in verständliche Geschäftsrisiken und -entscheidungen
Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Teams, um neue Features zu entwickeln

Ihr Profil

5+ Jahre Erfahrung als Integrations- oder Infrastrukturarchitekt, Systems Engineer oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle
Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Linux, Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, Firewalls)
Fähigkeit, Fehler auf allen Ebenen zu beheben – von ARP-Tabellen bis zu verteilten Datenbanken
Erfahrung in der Kommunikation auf C-Level und der Umsetzung technischer Lösungen vor Ort
Leidenschaft für komplexe technische Probleme und die Fähigkeit, auch vor Ort tatkräftig zu arbeiten
Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
Möglichst viele Technologien von unserem Tech-Stack: Python, Typescript, Java, Docker, Linux, SQL

Your mission

Lead and mentor junior engineers on customer projects (mix of individual contribution and team leadership)
Diagnose and resolve integration challenges across networking, security, and infrastructure
ML and Data Science tasks: review data pipelines, validate models, support on-site implementation
Coach customers and team members in Python, Typescript, Javascript, Docker, Linux, SQL
Pilot new use cases on-site and directly feed insights into the product backlog
Translate deep-tech constraints into understandable business risks and decisions
Work closely with both internal and external teams to develop new features and improvements

Your profile

5+ years of experience as an Integration Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar role
Ability to debug across the stack
Proven track record in steering C-level conversations while also rolling up your sleeves to solve issues on-site
Experience in team leadership and mentoring
Passion for untangling complex technical problems and hands-on fieldwork
Business-fluent in German and English
Knowledge on our tech-stack-technologies: Python, Typescript, Javascript, Docker, Linux, SQL
